Park Yong-ha
August 12, 1977 – June 30, 2010

Park Yong-ha was a handsome Korean television and singer who quickly became popular throughout Asia.  He reached fame as a teenager thanks in part to his starring role in Winter Sonata.  As for his musical career, he is perhaps best remembered for singing the popular theme song for the Japanese program, Just For Yesterday.  Over the course of his career, Yong-ha released a several records, earned numerous acting and music awards,  and was a popular concert draw across Korea and Japan.  Park Yong-ha was found dead in his home of an apparent suicide by hanging on June 30, 2010.   He was 33.

  1. Even today over a month after the horrifying death of Park Yong Ha, I stll ask myself WHY did it have to be that way. I so wish he would have called his Best Friend Park Hyo Shin and talked.

    I know we all will feel his loss for a long time to come.

  2. park yong ha a fost bun si bland ..cand aparea el frumusetea lui sclipitoare si sensibilitatea lui profunda te facea sa ramai nemiscat sa il privesti.cand canta vocea lui iti mangaia sufletulsi iti linistea inima.a fost si va ramane un mare artist si o legenda a asiei.la cata munca de caritate a facut acum sigur se odihneste pe un ocean de lacrimi…ne-a rupt inimile cu disparitia lui dar il vom iubi mereu si il vom aminti infinit.
