Noel Coward

Noel Coward was, among other things, a world-renowned English composer of popular music. He had his first hit in 1923 with “Parisian Perriot,” as performed by Gertrude Lawrence. His string of popular plays and songs continued through the mid-’60s, culminating with his final production, Suite In Three Keys in 1966. Coward was knighted in 1970 and died from a heart attack at his Jamaica home at the age of 73.
