Erika Roman was a popular radio personality at Orlando’s Power 95.3 FM where she hosted the morning show. Born in New York City, Roman began her radio career while still in college where she was a co-host at Stonybrook University’s WUSB. She also worked at Fever Records where she promoted their artists at night clubs and other events while still in college. Later, Roman went to work as a co-host with Ed Lover and Dr. Dre on Hot 97’s morning show. In 2006, Roman went to work at Power 95.3 in Orlando. Roman was killed on May 1, 2009 in a single car accident while trying to avoid a discarded piece of furniture in the road. She was 31.

hey i didnt know ERiCKA ROMAN like that but i know that she was a good person [SHE]had a good heart and she was the kind of person that she always wanted people to be happy [NO] matter what .. i rememeber i used to wake up in the morninq to qet ready for school and she would always be the frist one that i would hear talkinq on the radio [YOUR CHULA] lol .. aww i miss her . wow is crazy how thinqs happen i remember a day before that she had been annoucinq that thinq of her father and then the next day well at niqht i woke up to some horrible news i just felt like tearinq up odhee but yu know what shes watchinq over us and we have to learn how to keep [OUR]head up [NO]matter what happens well ..
